Welcome to the CARES Act Title IV and Federal Reserve Main Street Loan Facility Eligibility Tool

White & Case is pleased to make available this Eligibility Tool, which can help determine an Applicant's possible eligibility for CARES Act Title IV loans and loan guarantees, CARES Act Title IV payroll grants for aviation workers, and loans under the Main Street Loan Facilities established by the Federal Reserve ("MSLFs"). This step-by-step process enables the Applicant to make an initial assessment as to whether the Applicant's business may qualify for such aid, and the conditions imposed under the CARES Act or under the MSLFs for accessing such aid.  The tool can be accessed here.
