Global law firm White & Case LLP has been named "Best Law Firm for Equity Capital Markets" at GlobalCapital's fifth annual Equity Capital Markets Awards in March 2020. White & Case was previously named "Best Law Firm for Equity Capital Markets" at the 2018 ceremony.

According to GlobalCapital, equity capital markets participants selected the best deals of the year by vote.
The awards confirm White & Case's position as the market-leading law firm in Equity Capital Markets, reinforcing 2019 Bloomberg results that placed White & Case in the No. 1 position across EMEA for ECM manager advisor (by deal count), IPO manager advisor (by deal count), ECM issuer adviser (by deal volume) and IPO issuer advisor (by deal volume).
