Overview

Barbara Mittelstaedt advises national and international banks and financial service providers on banking and banking regulatory law matters as well as on company and insolvency law matters.

She assists corporates and financial institutions in national and cross-border finance transactions and the restructuring of complex financings.

She also advises national and international banks on all financial regulatory issues in connection with international finance transactions and restructurings and advises on complex corporate governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining the White & Case Düsseldorf office in 2001, Barbara Mittelstaedt worked for more than eight years as an in-house counsel for a major bank in Düsseldorf.
